POWHATAN COUNTY WINTER BASKETBALL LEAGUE 2011 - 2012

Who: Boys ages 9 – 10; 11 – 12; & 13 - 15

When: Starting Sunday December 11, 2011 - 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Where: Powhatan Junior High School

Cost: $75.00 per participant

Lead Instructor: Chuck Moore - Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Randolph Macon College

This league will give boys the opportunity to experience basketball in a competitive, yet value oriented atmosphere while gaining a deeper understanding of the game. A mandatory evaluation day on Dec 11th will be held to determine equally matched teams.

Players are introduced to how to maintain positive character in a competitive atmosphere, while improving their skills. Games will be played against various surrounding
counties.

Practice and game schedules TBD at a later date.
